I was overwhelmed with the hundreds of emails we received full of support and congratulations following our first issue. This spurred us on to continue the work we have started giving the readers more and more to enjoy.

With-in this our second issue we are featuring an invitation I had from the American University of Dubai to assist in judging their final year interior design students to find the Best Designer. I saw much talent in the caliber of students at AUD well organized with complete understanding of their work during presentations. Inspired by such a pool of young talent entering the market place I have felt the need to assist by adding a recruitment section to the magazine, where designers can showcase themselves to awaiting interior design companies in the hope that match making can take place and new positions filled.

New additions to the magazine are: Auction where people who have antiques to sell can advertise and where seekers can search to find that perfect piece for their own collections. We will be introducing more exciting antique projects with-in future issues.

 

And finally for those of you seeking ideas or advice on home projects I invite you to write to me where I will be more than happy to answer your questions and give you solid advice. Equally if you would like to make comments or have ideas to share with us please feel free to send in your letters as I welcome your feedback.
